What the application collects

Your selected collaboration area, country or region, project description, name, email, optional organization and any link you choose to share.

Why it is collected

These details are used to read your proposal and, if appropriate, respond to you. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Processing and storage

The submission is checked using Cloudflare Turnstile, processed by Cloudflare Pages and forwarded to the receiving service configured by the site owner. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information.

Before enabling the live form: publish the actual receiving provider, data retention period, contact details and any legally required information in this section. Until then, the form deliberately remains inactive.
